First, we don't call Coach You First!™ (CYF) a program because it's a new Experience you feel when you intentionally start thinking differently.  CYF is not traditional coaching, it's a self-directed Experience - with guidance.  You'll solve your own problems, identify your own barriers, and craft unique solutions that work for you in specific situations - we call them Success Recipes.  YOUR Success Recipes are unique to you based on your on your skills, behavioral assets and the situation.  Different situations require different skills.  You'll create unique solutions based on your unique set of skills.  We don't focus on the problems we focus on the root cause of the problem because "the issue is NEVER the issue.
